The Oppo A17K is a smartphone with a 6-inch 1080p display, which is the same size as its predecessor, the Oppo F5. It has a front-facing 20 MP camera and an 8-megapixel secondary rear camera. There are three variants with different memory configurations – 2 GB RAM/16 GB ROM, 3 GB RAM/32 GB ROM, 4GB RAM/64GB ROM.
The price of all these options are around Rs 57,000 for 2 GB RAM/16 GB ROM and Rs 61,000 for 3 GB RAM/32 GB ROM. The last one, the 4 GB RAM/64GB ROM one is priced at Rs 65,000.
Oppo A17K Display
The display size of the Oppo A17K is 6 inches. It has a 1440x 720p resolution at 282 ppi and it is a Full HD panel with a pixel density of 401ppi. The display on this handset is one of the best in this price range. It has good color reproduction, as well as high contrast levels that allow for deep blacks and the saturation levels are just perfect. We liked the outdoor visibility of the phone but said that indoor visibility was not that great, although it didn’t affect our daily usage.
Oppo A17K Camera
The Oppo A17K comes with a 20MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera. Both have an f/2.0 apertures. The front camera is a real beauty as we found the Selfies clicked by this phone to be some of the best. It is one of the best selfie-centric phones in its price category.
The rear camera is slightly disappointing, especially when compared to the front camera. The images are a bit grainy and are lacking in details. Dynamic range could be better on this handset.
We were not too impressed by the video recording capabilities of this phone either, capturing videos at 1080p quality with 30 fps frame rates and with stereo sound recording on both cameras, but they lack clarity and have an average quality output..
